Our Corporate flying contract scheme allows corporate to own certain number of hours/flights monthly that suits their travel itinerary where aircrafts are made available on demand any time anywhere.

Most Contractual flights are customized in terms of equipment used/requested with respective insurance arrangements that suits the company most.

Only cash deposits can be made - unfortunately no personal cheque payments will be accepted unless prior arrangements are made. Go  to  any Barclays,  Bank  of  Baroda,  I&M Banks  and  make  cash  deposits.  Bookings  not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled. Re-booking your flights might result in unavailability of seats.

Complete a deposit slip - the teller will accept cash only on this account. It is vital that the amount corresponds with the amount that appears on your booking confirmation/e-ticket. (If you pay a different amount, we won't know it's for you) and scan or fax it to us for reconfirmation. This will guarantee you seat on the flight.

Travelling with children and infants?

Unfortunately we don't have any discount fares for kids elder than 2 years - they take up the same seat so they'll have to pay the same low rate you do.

Please remember to include your little angels (infants 0 - 2yrs) in your booking to avoid the unnecessary trouble of having to re-book your flight. Infants must sit on your lap; they may not travel in the seat next to you.

Most of our flights are passenger dependent flights. Flights between Dar and Mbeya stops in Iringa, and between Dar and Mtwara stops in Lindi and further flies to Nachingwea on certain days. You cannot climb off the aircraft during this quick stop. Some other passengers might get on/off, but if you purchased your air ticket all the way through to either Mbeya or Nachingwea, you can remain seated during the short stops that take no greater than 20min.

You can add extra checked baggage weight to your booking off line (email), or via the Contact Centre up to 24 hours prior to departure. Extra checked will cost you USD25 per kg. However your checked baggage and hand carry allowance in total is 20kgs in soft bags. We don’t encourage passengers to board with Hard and suit cases bags due to baggage hold capacity in terms of volume.

Something's come up and you need to change your booking? We understand these situations do happen. You are able to make the change yourself offline by sending us email 'my bookings' at least 48Hrs prior to flight departure time or call one of our agents in the Contact Centre. Remember to have your booking code handy.

NB: Please note that any booking changes are subject to availability on the next flight. This must be done in writing at least 48Hrs prior to flight departure time and must get a confirmation in writing from one of our agents. There’s no refund for paid and confirmed tickets. All our tickets are 30 days valid.

Just remember that if you cancel your flight, your tickets are non-refundable.

We have a free seating first come first serve basis. However Copilot’s seat is NOT available if at all the flight is being operated by single crew due to safety reasons.
